Incentive programmes

Bergman & Beving has four outstanding incentive programmes aimed at senior executives in the Bergman & Beving Group.

Under the 2024 scheme, around 20 senior executives acquired a total of 250.000 call options, which entitle holders to acquire an equal number of class B shares in the Company. The redemption price for these call options is set at SEK 378.30 per share and the redemption period runs from 10 September 2027 to 2 June 2028.

Under the 2023 scheme, around 20 senior executives acquired a total of 250.000 call options, which entitle the holders to acquire an equal number of class B shares in the Company. The redemption price for these call options is set at 181.10 SEK per share and the redemption period runs from 9 September 2026 to 4 June 2027.

Under the 2022 scheme, around 20 senior executives acquired a total of 210,000 call options, which entitle the holders to acquire an equal number of class B shares in the Company. The redemption price for the call options is set at SEK 106.10 per share and the redemption period runs from 9 September 2025 to 5 June 2026.

Under the 2021 scheme, around 20 senior executives acquired a total of 178,000 call options, which entitle the holders to acquire an equal number of class B shares in the Company. The redemption price for these call options is set at SEK 197.30 per share and the redemption period runs from 16 September 2024 to 12 June 2025.
