Share structure

The total number of shares outstanding is 27,436,416. All shares carry equal rights to participation in the assets and earnings of Bergman & Beving. The company's class A shares entitle the holder to ten (10) votes each and class B shares to one (1) vote each. The share conversion clause in the company's Articles of Association allows for the conversion of class A shares to class B shares. The Board of Directors is not authorised to make decisions regarding new share issues.

Market listing

The class B share of Bergman & Beving was floated on the Stockholm Stock Exchange in 1976 and was listed on the A-list in 1984. The share is currently listed on the Mid Cap list of Nasdaq Stockholm in the Industrial sector. The share is traded under the symbol BERG B.
