Bergman & Beving AB: Cancellation of repurchased shares
The Annual General Meeting in Bergman & Beving AB held August 23, 2018 passed a resolution to cancel 1 000 000 repurchased class B shares. This cancellation has now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket), after which the total number of shares outstanding in Bergman & Beving AB amounts to 27,436,416, divided into 1,062,436 class A shares and 26,373,980 class B shares. Bergman & Beving AB's holding of own shares in treasury after the cancellation amounts to 426,706 class B shares, which is equivalent to 1.6 percent of the total number of shares outstanding and 1.2 percent of the total number of votes in Bergman & Beving AB. After this cancellation, the share capital of Bergman & Beving AB amounts to approximately MSEK 57.
