Bergman & Beving AB has on 27 November 2017 repurchased 265 000 of its own class B shares at an average price of SEK 89.50.

The total number of shares held in treasury amounts to 1 040 706 class B shares.

The total number of shares in Bergman & Beving AB amounts to 28 436 416 and the number of shares outstanding is 27 395 710.
