B&B TOOLS Corporate Action Pro forma financial statements for B&B TOOLS’ new operating segments As announced in spring 2016, B&B TOOLS introduced new operating segments (as outlined below) – Bergman & Beving and Momentum Group – as of 1 April 2016. The aim of the new segments is to create even stronger conditions for increased growth and profitability across all areas of the Group. The operating segments will be reported externally for the first time in the Interim Report for the first quarter of the 2016/2017 financial year, which will be published on 19 July 2016. In preparation for this report, the quarterly comparative figures from 1 April 2015 have been restated for the new organisation according to the enclosed appendix.
