Incentive programmes

Bergman & Beving has four outstanding incentive programmes aimed at senior executives in the Bergman & Beving Group.

Under the 2026 scheme, around 40 senior executives acquired a total of 200,000 call options, which entitle the holders to acquire an equal number of class B shares in the Company. The redemption price for these call options is set at SEK 318.30 per share and the redemption period runs from 14 September 2029 to 10 June 2030.

Under the 2025 scheme, around 25 senior executives acquired a total of 200,000 call options, which entitle holders to acquire an equal number of class B shares in the Company. The redemption price for these call options is set at SEK 395.30 per share and the redemption period runs from 11 September 2028 to 8 June 2029.

Under the 2024 scheme, around 20 senior executives acquired a total of 250,000 call options, which entitle holders to acquire an equal number of class B shares in the Company. The redemption price for these call options is set at SEK 378.30 per share and the redemption period runs from 10 September 2027 to 2 June 2028.

Under the 2023 scheme, around 20 senior executives acquired a total of 250,000 call options, which entitle the holders to acquire an equal number of class B shares in the Company. The redemption price for these call options is set at 181.10 SEK per share and the redemption period runs from 9 September 2026 to 4 June 2027.
